Architectural Staff
Environment Architects located in Traverse City is seeking to fill an architectural staff position with design and construction documentation experience to join our fast-paced; design-oriented small office environment. Based on our office size you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the profession with opportunities for growth and management for a talented, motivated and skilled individual.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Position is in-office
Licensed Architect; State of Michigan – Preferred
Team Player
Organized
Minimum of 3 years experience; will consider all levels of experience for right candidate
Demonstrated technical proficiency for Commercial and custom Residential Projects required
AutoCAD required
Microsoft Office
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying size through all phases
- Coordinating with Clients and Engineering Consultants
- Strong emphasis on Code Review and Compliance
- Ability and experience in bidding process, shop drawing review and
construction administration through punch list and close out - Represent our firm values to clients, consultants and contractors.

- Sketch-up
- Revit
